Nextracker to Separate From Flex Following Spinoff of Interests to Shareholders
By Denny Jacob
Solar tracker and software solutions provider Nextracker is separating from Flex.
Flex plans to effect a spinoff of all its remaining interests in Nextracker to its shareholders, which would result in a separation by Flex from its ownership of Nextracker, according to the company.
The Fremont, Calif.-based company said the separation from Flex is currently expected to close in the fiscal fourth quarter ending March 31 but remains subject to change.
