Pinnacle West: Data Center Land Deal Supports Long Growth Runway

We are reaffirming our $77 fair value estimate and no-moat rating for Pinnacle West after reports that a developer recently bought enough land near the Phoenix area to host one of the nation's largest data center hubs within the next 15 years. The site is within the service territory of Pinnacle West subsidiary Arizona Public Service.
