APM Human Services International: Deal Still Likely to Pass

We maintain our AUD 1.45 fair value estimate for no-moat APM Human Services International, matching the agreed-upon offer price received from Ancora BidCo, an entity controlled by Madison Dearborn Partners. The deal is on track to be completed by October 2024, and we still expect the takeover will be successful.
