Diana Radu, CFA

Diana Radu, CFA, is an equity analyst, Europe, for Morningstar*. She covers European consumer packaged goods and specialty chemicals companies. Within the specialty chemicals space, she specializes in consumer ingredients firms. Notable companies in her coverage include Reckitt, Beiersdorf, Lindt & Spruengli, Givaudan, Symrise, and DSM-Firmenich.

Before joining Morningstar in 2022, Radu spent around seven years at Unilever, working in various corporate and commercial finance roles across Europe, spanning global, regional, and local responsibilities. Before that, she worked for two years as an equity analyst for BT Capital Partners in Romania.

Radu holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Babes-Bolyai University in Romania. She also holds a master's degree in statistics and econometrics from the same university. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
