CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., July 25, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Virginia National Bankshares Corporation (the "Company") (NASDAQ: VABK) announced today that on July 24, 2024 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per share to be paid on September 20, 2024 to shareholders of record as of September 6, 2024. The quarterly cash dividend represents an annual yield to shareholders of approximately 3.45% based on the closing price of the Company's common stock on July 24, 2024.
