IBM nears acquisition of HashiCorp: report
IBM Corp. (IBM) is closing in on acquiring cloud-software provider HashiCorp Inc. (HCP), according to a report Tuesday in the Wall Street Journal. The deal, which could be reached in days, sent shares of HashiCorp soaring 22%. IBM's stock is up 0.8%.
