Hilton Grand Vacations to offer $900 million of 8-year high-yield bonds to finance Bluegreen deal
Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (HGV) said Friday it's planning an offering of $900 million of 8-year high-yield bonds as part of the financing for its acquisition of Bluegreen Vacation Holding Corp. Hilton announced the $1.5 billion cash deal in November, which includes debt. The stock was down 0.9% premarket but is up about 1% in the last 12 months, while the S&P 500 has gained 23%.
