PagerDuty signs deal to acquire analytics platform Jeli

PagerDuty (PD) has agreed to buy incident analysis platform Jeli Inc.
The digital operations management company didn't disclose financial terms of the deal.
"The combined offering will help customers turn every incident into an opportunity by applying learnings to reduce the impact of future incidents," PagerDuty said Thursday.
