Bausch Health CFO Tom Vadaketh to resign effective Oct. 13
By Ben Glickman
Bausch Health (BHC.T) finance chief Tom Vadaketh will resign effective Oct. 13 to pursue another opportunity, the Canadian pharmaceutical company said in a regulatory filing Monday.
The company said that it has initiated a search for a permanent CFO. John Barresi, the Bausch's controller and chief accounting officer, will become interim CFO if no successor is in place once Vadaketh departs.
Bausch said Vadaketh's departure wasn't caused by a disagreement with the company.
