Heritage Commerce Corp Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.13 Per Share
SAN JOSE, Calif., July 25, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heritage Commerce Corp (Nasdaq: HTBK), the holding company for Heritage Bank of Commerce (the “Bank”), today announced that its Board of Directors had declared its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share to holders of its common stock. The dividend will be payable on August 22, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of the business day on August 8, 2024. Heritage Commerce Corp has paid a cash dividend each quarter since 2013.
