PIEDMONT OFFICE REALTY TRUST DECLARES THIRD QUARTER DIVIDEND
Atlanta, July 25, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Piedmont Office Realty Trust (NYSE: PDM) (“Piedmont”), a real estate investment trust (REIT), announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share, or $0.50 per share on an annualized basis, for the third quarter of 2024. The dividend will be paid on September 20, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 23, 2024.
