Thomson Reuters in Deal to Sell FindLaw

Thomson Reuters said that it has entered into a definitive deal to sell its legal assistance company FindLaw to Internet Labs.
The Canadian news and information conglomerate on Thursday said that the transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of the year, depending on regulatory approvals.
The company didn't disclose financial details of the divestiture.
Internet Brands is a California-based digital media, marketing services and software company.
