Assa Abloy Acquires Level Lock
By Connor Hart
Assa Abloy has acquired technology-solutions firm Level Lock.
The Stockholm-based provider of lock and security solutions on Tuesday said the acquisition compliments its existing technology portfolio and will provide complementary growth opportunities.
Terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed.
Founded in 2016, Redwood City, Calif.-based Level Lock employs about 70 workers. Assa said it expects the acquisition to be dilutive to its per-share earnings from the start.
