U.S. Army Awards CACI International $239 Million Task Order
By Connor Hart
CACI International has been awarded a $239 million task order to provide intelligence analysis and operations to the U.S. Army Europe and Africa.
The Reston, Va.-based company, which provides information solutions and services in support of national security missions, said Thursday it will provide intelligence during peacetime activity, as well as during crisis and contingency scenarios.
The U.S. Army Europe and Africa's area of responsibility requires support for missions including monitoring and responding to transnational vulnerabilities, armed conflict, violent extremism, global terrorism, illicit trafficking, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and infectious disease, CACI said.
The company will also leverage DarkBlue Intelligence Suite -- its dark web reconnaissance, exploitation and analysis platform -- to support analysts.
"The United States and its allies face increasing national security challenges across Europe and Africa," Chief Executive John Mengucci said.
