CFO of Prosus, Tencent's Top Shareholder, to Retire

Prosus, the biggest shareholder of Tencent Holdings, said Chief Financial Officer Basil Sgourdos will retire later this year.
Sgourdos will also step down as finance chief of parent company Naspers when he retires on Nov. 30. No timeline for the appointment of a successor was provided.
He has been group chief financial director of Naspers since 2014, and of Prosus since its 2019 listing.
