By Sabela Ojea
Yum China said finance chief Andy Yeung is resigning for personal reasons after roughly five years in the role.
The Shanghai restaurant chain Monday said it named Adrian Ding as acting CFO. Ding joined the company in March 2019 and currently serves as its chief investment officer and general manager of the Lavazza joint venture.
Yeung will officially step down on Sept. 30 and will serve as a senior adviser to the chief executive from Oct. 1 to Feb. 28, 2025. Ding will take over the interim replacement role on Oct. 1.
