Richemont to Acquire Italian Jeweler Vhernier
By Nina Kienle
Richemont said it has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of Italian jewelry house Vhernier in a private transaction.
The Swiss luxury group on Tuesday said the transaction won't have a material financial impact on its consolidated net assets or operating result for the year ending in March and that Vhernier's results will be reported under the Jewellery Maisons business area.
Financial details weren't disclosed.
