Analog Devices Names Richard Puccio Jr. Chief Financial Officer

Analog Devices has named Richard Puccio Jr. executive vice president and chief financial officer of the chip maker, effective Feb. 5.
Analog Devices on Thursday said Puccio, 56 years old, joins from Amazon.com, where he served as chief financial officer of the online retail giant's Amazon Web Services cloud-computing division.
The Wilmington, Mass., company said Puccio will receive an annual base salary $670,000 and a hiring bonus of $500,000, and that he will be eligible for an annual cash bonus with a target of 125% of his base pay.
James Mollica, vice president of finance, global customer office, has been serving as interim chief financial officer since the departure of Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah in October.
