Partners Group in Talks to Buy Rosen Group, Bloomberg Reports
--Swiss private-equity firm Partners Group Holding is in talks for a potential acquisition of European pipeline-testing specialist Rosen Group, Bloomberg reports, citing unnamed sources.
--Rosen's owners have been seeking a price of as much as $4 billion, but they received bids below that level and might call off the sale if their expectations aren't met, according to Bloomberg.
--Partners Group and Rosen didn't immediately respond to a request form comment when contacted by Dow Jones Newswires.
