Cable One Eliminates COO Position, Taps Michael Bowker as Growth Chief
By Sabela Ojea
Cable One said it will no longer have a chief operating officer as it announced changes to its leadership team.
The broadband communication provider on Monday said that Michael Bowker, who held the company's COO position since 2017, has been named chief growth officer.
The company appointed Kenneth Johnson as its chief technology and innovation officer.
"Bowker will lead the company's efforts to drive revenue and customer growth, including oversight of products, pricing and packaging, market expansion, ad sales and new growth opportunities," Cable One said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
