Infineon Names Elke Reichart Chief Digital Transformation Officer

Infineon Technologies appointed Elke Reichart to succeed Constanze Hufenbecher as chief digital transformation officer.
The German chip maker said Reichart's appointment to the management board takes effect Nov. 1, as Hufenbecher opted not to renew her expiring contract.
Reichart will be responsible for digitalization projects, IT infrastructure and Infineon's sustainability strategy.
