Vistra License Transfer From Energy Harbor Nuclear Plants Gets Approval

Vistra received approval from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to transfer operating licenses of Energy Harbor's three nuclear plants to it.
The electricity and power generation company said it is waiting on a decision from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on its request for approval of the transaction to finalize the acquisition.
Vistra said it continues to target closing the transaction before the end of the year.
