Lineage, Inc. Declares Initial Dividend
Lineage, Inc. (NASDAQ: LINE) (the "Company"), the world’s largest global temperature-controlled warehouse REIT, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a prorated quarterly cash dividend of $0.38 per share for the third quarter of 2024. The dividend is prorated for the period commencing on July 26, 2024, the date the Company’s initial public offering was consummated, and ending on September 30, 2024, representing an annualized dividend rate of $2.11 per share.
The dividend will be paid on October 21, 2024, to shareholders of record of the Company's common stock as of the close of business on September 30, 2024.
