UL Solutions Announces Quarterly Dividend
UL Solutions Inc. (NYSE: ULS), a global leader in applied safety science, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share. The dividend will be paid on September 9, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 30, 2024.
