Badger Meter Raises Dividend 26% Representing 32 Years of Consecutive Annual Dividend Growth
The Board of Directors of Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE: BMI) today authorized a 26% increase in its quarterly common stock dividend to $0.34 per share from $0.27 per share. The increased dividend is payable September 6, 2024, to shareholders of record on August 23, 2024. The new annual dividend rate for common stock is $1.36 per share.

Bockhorst, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “Our consistent and disciplined approach to serving customers, executing our business strategy and generating strong cash flow has once again put the Board in a position to raise the dividend.
