Allient Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
Allient Inc. (Nasdaq: ALNT) (“Allient” or the “Company”), a global designer and manufacturer of precision and specialty Motion, Controls and Power products and solutions for targeted industries and applications, announced that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.03 per share. The dividend will be payable on September 5, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 22, 2024. Allient has approximately 16.8 million shares outstanding.
